I'm thinking of Changing my book title ... đ€Ż
Help me choose my book title. Help a friend of mine ...?
A new Book title?
I was on a podcast this morning, talking about The SPEED Book, when the host said, âLove the subtitle, Shaped for Speedâ and I said, âYeah, I shoulda named the book that.â
And then I made a Doh! sound.
Because thatâs actually what the book is about:
SHAPING your business.
For SPEED.
Aerodynamics not horsepower.

An hour later, after the call, I started second-guessed my second-guessing, and decided to do something this 56 year old man hates doing.
Asking for help.
So, âhelpâ: whatâs best:
A - âThe SPEED Book - Shaped for Speedâ or
B - âShaped for Speed - Aerodynamics not Horsepowerâ?
If youâve got 10 seconds, can you hit reply, type âAâ or âBâ, then hit send?
(And we need never discuss this, my moment of weakness, again.)
Help a friend of mine
Remember the webinar I did last year with my friend and former client, Ben Eagle?
We talked about the work he and his colleague, Hugo, did running my Motorcade Method through their product development team? They cut their project'sâ lead times massively, and shipped 4x as many new products, by very cleverly doing less.
Benâs moving to the UK (probably Edinburgh) in a couple of months, along with his partner. Theyâre both engineers.
He is a genuinely clever, thoughtful guy, and Iâd like to see if I can help them find a job (or, at least contacts) in the UK.
You probably donât know anyone who will employ Ben, but you might know someone who knows someone?
Hereâs his LinkedIn profile - he is a Product Development Engineer, and also a genuinely good manager.
You can rewatch the talk here, which will tell you far more about him than I can:
If you can help, ping him a message on Linkedin.
