I’ve finally put together something I’ve been thinking about for a long, long time.
A small program - max 10 people - for leaders who want to use Theory of Constraints but find it hard to get it to work in practice.
You’re probably good at analysis. You’ve read the books. You can see the bottlenecks. You can draw the diagrams. But when it comes to getting your team, your peers, or your organization to actually move - you get stuck.
That used to be me and it was horribly frustrating. So I set out to get better at it - learning how to have hard (but win-win) conversations, how to cause change without pushback, and how to come up with clever but simple solutions that people actually want to implement.
This program is monthly coaching/mentoring to help you do the same. You’ll get:
A 1-on-1 session with me each month to work through your specific challenges
Weekly group sessions for learning and problem-solving with other leaders
The frameworks and thinking to create change that sticks
In our 1-on-1 sessions, we’ll focus on debottlenecking & unblocking you and your work team. The pricing is $10k AUD per year (billed quarterly) because we’re chasing real business outcomes, not just learning. It’s not something most people would pay out of pocket, and the price is a filter that means you’ll be working with similarly serious people1
First cohort starts November 1st. We’ll run through November, pause for two weeks over Christmas, then continue in January.
