This is the full, free audiobook version of The Bottleneck Detective — my short’n’snappy intro to the Theory of Constraints.

Not the old factory-floor version from the 1980s.

This is the 2025+ version.

Here’s the thing: I paid my daughter to upload it to ElevenLabs and generate an AI-narrated version. The voices aren’t as polished as a professional narrator, but they’re far better than no audiobook, which is the alternative.

It runs about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
